Theoretical training : Introduction to the principles of eFoil, safety instructions and equipment briefing.
Practical session : Approximately 60 minutes on the waters of Lake Taureau, supervised by an instructor, to learn the basics of piloting and experience the first sensations of gliding.
Objective : To have a first experience of Efoil in complete safety.
